Bathtime

If the world was my ocean, I'd make all the dolphins and turtles come to play. I'd hold my breath for as long as it took me to find Moby. And these little toes would be twenty thousand leagues under my imagination.

the Best ever

A sea of Red. Uncompromising smiles. Pride and passion. United from outside and within. With the games finally over, life resumes... Maybe now with the fondest of memories.

I remember them as a child would.

goodnight Bears

In the great green room, there was a telephone. And a red balloon. And a picture of the cow jumping over the moon. And there were three little bears sitting on chairs. And even a little toyhouse. But, by far, B's favorite is the young mouse.

step By step

He reaches out and plants his hands on the cold, hard floor. He pushes off with all his might only to fall back again on his tush. With a little determination, he will tackle his Everest but today it's just a pile of pillows.

Bubbles

Little heads bobbing up and down like little rubber duckies at the Fair. He looks at me with anticipation wanting to join. Splish splash. His swim trunks complement his cute little baby rolls. At the command of the instructor, "Ready, swim!" he dives into the water with a little help from daddy. Eyes shut, breath held, my little aquababy has learned to swim!

island Birds

Blue skies, sun shining mercilessly casting shadows all around. The birds play with their new found treasures. Yesterday, little B made his way to Granville Island. It was especially busy with young school children playing and feeding the birds. Some approached B in the middle of it, curious yet so shy. How cute to watch! And there were musicians singing, street performers juggling... it was a good day.

B it now or never

We recently decided to put effort into writing a blog - a blog about our lil' Bumble B. We have so many photos of lil' Bub but they're sitting lonesome in an insignificant little folder on our computer. So here we are, starting something that we know we'll never get to doing if not now.
